Amazing customer service! We decided to elope very soon after we got engaged so my time line was rushed. I ordered one bouquet without realizing it was a flat/front facing one (totally my fault). It was still gorgeous but not was I was hoping for for my wedding day (which was the following week!). Seller was beyond accommodating! Rushed me a new one of my choosing and sent me a return label to send back the other one for a refund. I can’t thank you enough! This new bouquet is amazing and exactly what I wanted!
